Super convenient hotel to stay at while flying in and out of Quebec City. Not many hotels allow for you to leave your personal vehicle parked over a travel period but this one is super accommodating.

Parfait pour un séjour d'affaires La chambre était propre et tranquille. Quatre bornes de recharge flo pour véhicule électrique près de l'entrée. Il y a tous ce qu'il faut.à proximité.Beaucoup de restaurants et les autoroutes sont facilement accessibles.

Breakfast long lines, TV remote didn't work even after mentioning multiple times and no updates or status were given. End of second day, we gave up. Breakfast was so so. Area around the property is ok too, I expected able to walk around the property. Property itself is clean and nicely kept. Its a small hotel.

Each room had car parking behind the room and you can access the car parking or exit from the room from the back door of the hotel room directly to your car. Amazing and very convenient option during winter!!!

Mon séjour d'une nuit à l'Hôtel Cofortel avant mon vol a été absolument parfait. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli chaleureusement par le personnel attentionné. La chambre était impeccable, spacieuse et offrait une vue magnifique. Le lit était confortable, j'ai passé une nuit reposante. De plus, la proximité de l'hôtel avec l'aéroport a grandement simplifié mon trajet le lendemain matin. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié, parfait pour bien commencer ma journée. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour son confort, son service impeccable et sa praticité pour les voyageurs. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de l'Hôtel Cofortel pour avoir rendu mon séjour si agréable !

The hotel is nice and clean. It’s quite a short drive to the city and other attractions. Breakfast is plenty to fill up your tummy. The staffs replenish the food regularly. Overall very satisfied and would come back again.

Had a two night stay with family including a toddler and the hotel rooms were very clean and neat! Best was that I could cast my mobile to the TV and that was very useful! Breakfast was good as well! For the price you pay, it does feel more than a 3 star hotel! Definitely will stay again when I come down to Quebec!

The staff was average, asked twice to pay when it was already paid and our card didn't work. The breakfast area was kind of chaotic and very few vegan options like no plant milk.

Overall, the property needs a lot pf changes. The carpets are completely worn out & smell old. The breakfast lady was rude. However, hotel was clean & trying to remain to standards. But not worth for the money spent. I spent same while staying at Hyatt just 1 day before I stayed here.

Amazing gem of a hotel. The front desk helped us arrange transportation to the airport for a 5 am international flight (meaning a 2:45 am taxi) and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel was stylish and all dressed up for the holidays (we stayed near Christmas). We will definitely look for this hotel again.
