Lovely hotel. Lobby is modern and bright. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was great for three of us. Modern, bright, comfortable and clean.

Room was on a very busy street and could hear loud bar below and anyone walking by being loud, Sat thru Wed. Everything else about the hotel (clean, modern, helpful staff) was great, especially the location. No room in valet but parking was easy just down the street.

The hotel was close to dining options and shopping. A downside to the property was the distant, hidden elevator, which was not easily accessible, and the steep staircase to the check in counter. Patrons have to carry their luggages up 26 steps!!

Great stay in Old Quebec. Close to lots of good restaurants and shopping. Staff were very friendly. Nice pool area and decent gym.

The staff were helpful and friendly. If you have a big truck check to make sure it will fit in the hotel's underground parking. If not, there is plenty of street parking, at least when we went (2nd week of March). The hotel is very close to all the restaurants, amenities, and attractions in Old Québec. The gym was small but everything worked and was not packed in the mornings. The sauna was clean and so too was the pool which was fine for kids.

Very clean hotel, in a safe area, walking distance to all the attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, clean pool and sauna, enjoyed relaxing there at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly. Needs to have an escalator or elevator a front entrance. It has a very long flight of stairs, that are difficult to climb if you have even minor disabilities.

When you enter the hotel there is a large set of stairs and absolutely no one helps you with your luggage. We had to ask for waters each day then they ran our and never offered to get some later or even let us know when they would have more (keep in mind there is a restaurant there). We tan out of T-P and we had to pick it up at the reception desk. The room was not cleaned one of tge days so we had to request it be cleaned. The service was very lacking.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, good amenities. Gym was awesome and pool was fantastic, too - but VERY chlorine-filled. Hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of a wonderful area but it can be loud at night. We were often woken up by people walking home from the bars or talking loudly on the street late at night. SO many options within walking distance for food, shopping, everything you could want!
