Our upgraded room was spacious, clean, and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant and the location was perfect for walking around the Old City. The restaurant connected to the hotel was one of the best places we have ever eaten.

Shower was very fiddly - either extremely cold or hot with controls that didn’t make any sense. The property is nice and staff are pleasant but this is not a four star hotel.

We were very pleased with our getaway at Hotel Port Royal located in Quebec City. We were upgraded to a room with a fully stocked kitchenette/fridge. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk was very friendly. Parking is just in front which is very convenient (at an additional fee).

Rooms are great and the front desk staff are very friendly and efficient. Dining options in the hotel are limited; however it is right next to the port and there are some other restaurants nearby.

I overall enjoyed my stay but the room itself was a little cramped. I also had the smallest room on my floor which was a little disappointing once I saw the floor map with the other more spacious rooms.

Great location and staff was friendly. Parking is included for an additional fee but worth it as you have in-and-out privileges and parking around the area is so expensive. Highly recommend if you want to be near walking distance from old quebec.

My boyfriend is a veteran with a support dog. Unfortunately he had to go to the hospital while we were here but fortunately the staff treated me like family and helped me calm down…even gave me a comforting hug and allowed me to call them for translation if necessary

This hotel was outstanding!! Friendly, incredibly helpful staff, beautiful , historic building, fully equipped, and at the entrance of old Quebec!! We walked from the via station to our hotel, and then spent our holiday walking around the old city!! It is close to amazing restaurants and shops!! We highly recommend Hotel port Royal!!

We stayed for 3 nights in February. Rooms received cleaning service each day and we loved the heated floors for the bathroom. Location is convenient since we can walk around Old Quebec. Only thing we didn't like was that the windows aren't insulated so even tho they're closed, it gets really cold.
