Comfortable and convenient

Posted Feb 2, 2016
Weekday stay on ground floor. Only drawback is hall noise (people walking in the hall or closing doors) starting at 6AM. If you are getting up early, not an issue but if you were planning to get up later, could be an issue. Reasonably priced breakfast buffet.

Hôtel très propre , bonne qualité/prix

Posted Jan 4, 2016
Pros: Tranquillité et propreté
Nous allons régulièrement à l'Hôtel Sepia: elle est bien située près des artères importants à l'entrée de Ste-Foy. L'hôtel est très propre, tranquille, avec stationnement et Wi-Fi compris.

Modern Hotel close to highway

Posted Jan 4, 2016
Pros: Everything was very new and modern looking. It almost seemed as though they were trying to difficult, but it was nice.
Cons: Room size was a little smaller than usual. Many lighted (6+), each having their own hidden switch.
Location: There is a mall a one block north, three blocks east. The street with the mall also provides many places to eat.
The hotel is in an excellent location for the traveler, located right beside a major highway. It is in fairly close distance with downtown and Old Quebec. The hotel seemed as though they were trying to be over the top in modernism design, this raised some difficulty, mainly with finding the switches for the lights (they are small little black switched located on the wooden fixtures). I enjoyed the complimentary espresso bar. The washroom was spacious, my only concern was the shower, again being "modern", didn't have a door to enclose it, and based on the angle of the shower head I imagine some people ended up turning their room into the hotel pool. Overall a decent hotel with very friendly staff and clean facilities.

Nice hotel to spend a night near the bridges.

Posted Dec 28, 2015
Cons: The staff could tell you that breakfast finishes at 9am when you check in...I arrived at 9:10 and I couldn't get breakfast.
I am from Montreal and was invited to a party in Quebec City during the Holidays. I had to book a night at a hotel for the (short ) night after the party. The hotel I booked is quite close to the bridges and far from downtown Quebec City allowing for a quick departure for Montreal the next morning. The only problem: the staff didn't tell me that breakfast was till 9am when I checked in and I was refused breakfast when I checked out at 9:10am...

Cons: The housekeeping staff should be more quiet in the morning and consider that some clients may still be sleeping.
Nice hotel, very good price, great service. The beds are very comfy and I love their showers! However, our room was close to the housekeeping "room" so it was very noisy in the morning when they started their shift. They were chatting loudly in the hallway and it woke me up. I was expecting to have at least 1 more hour of sleep. I was very disappointed about this situation.
