First Time in Canada

Pros: Service and accommodations.
Cons: N/A
Location: Very convenient.
Everything was fine at the hotel. It was my first trip to Canada, and the airport shuttle worked great.

Good value

Pros: Staff, price
Cons: Protein in breakfast
Location: 10-15 min walk to convenience store/ fast food
It's not the Ritz but I feel it was a good value for the money. Staff was very helpful and the room although older and not fancy was clean. Breakfast was ok but could have used some type of protein, maybe hard boiled eggs?

Not handicap friendly

Cons: Everything
Beds are old rooms rundown. No elevators in building very run-down old beds very uncomfortable bathrooms very small Exedra.

Good economy hotel.easily accessible and within 15-20 minutes of major city sites. Staff are friendly.

Unimpressed in Quebec City

We did not have a very positive experience here. The Room was small and expensive. It Was not good value.

Not worth the Price at all !!

This hotel is not worth the Price. Firstly, the continental breakfast advertised is very mediocre compare to other hotels that advertise free breakfast. They have no protein in their breakfast which is not good, they have frozen waffles and 3 types of bread. Secondly, there is no WiFi connection in second floor rooms and when this was brought up to receptions attention, the girl said "Sorry we are booked so you can come in the lobby and use internet" and that's it. Room furniture is basic and worn out. Will not stay again!!
