Pros: Location, staff was very nice, and we liked our small suite.
Cons: Room maintenance. Jacuzzi jets were surrounded with black mold, very unfortunate that I couldn't use it. Towel rack was pushed into the wall.
Location: Loved the location! So many restaurants nearby to choose from! Easy walking to the heart of things in the area! Felt very safe!
We had a lovely stay. Very easy stay in our hotel and easy walking to all the shops, restaurants, churches, and historic sights. Nice people everywhere we went. Almost all spoke english. Everything is a little pricey, but the food was excellent! Would return!

Close to everythingPosted Oct 5, 2015
Pros: Absolutely everything was excellent with the hotel and we had a very spacious and comfortable room. Good breakfast too.
Cons: A bigger breakfast room perhaps or more staff.
Location: Centre of old town, lots of shops and restaurants.
Coming off a cruise ship we walked the two blocks to the hotel in the Old Town. Absolutely everything was excellent with the hotel. Would stay again. Hotel held luggage as a later check-in, could not have been more helpful.

Charming hotel in Quebec's basse villePosted Oct 1, 2015
The hotel is well situated for those going on river cruises and near many good restaurants and shops. The history of the building which once housed an insurance company is documented inside the hotel with photos and frescos around the elevator on each floor. Complementary à la carte breakfasts served on table linens offered many options including fresh fruit, cheese, bacon, sausage, salmon, yogurt in addition to toast and breakfast pastries. This was refreshing alternative to hotel breakfast bars. The desk staff were friendly extremely helpful and attentive to guests' needs.

Hotel was very nice and close to a lot of activityPosted Sep 30, 2015
Pros: Location, cleanliness and service.
Location: Visit the old city of Quebec. Plenty of shops and historical sites to visit.
We were staying here the night before our cruise. It was walking distance to the ship and the hotel delivered our luggage to the ship at no charge. The breakfast was fantastic and included in the cost.

Very Nicely Situated.Posted Sep 21, 2015
Pros: Old world charm, situation and staff. Area around hotel mainly pedestrianized.
Cons: Larger breakfast area, but this is a minor point as we only had to wait once and that was just for 2-3 minutes whilst table was prepared.
Location: Upper Vieux Quebec and harbour easily accessed by foot.
In lower Vieux Quebec, close to art galleries, shops, restaurants, harbour, but not too noisy. Easy walking to Du Petit Champlain, Notre Dame, etc. Funicular and steps/road to Upper Vieux Quebec a very short walk. Cannot think of better situation. Staff very helpful and all at least bi-lingual (French/English). Good breakfast choice. Breakfast room may be a little small but was not a problem. Computer available to guests as well as Wi-Fi. Rooms quite large, clean and quite charming with some walls in rustic old brick.

Wonderful hotel in lower Old QuebecPosted Sep 21, 2015
Pros: The historic feel and the friendliness of the staff.
Location: There is a fantastic little store a 5 minute walk from hotel where you can enjoy a nice beer while sitting in a muskoka chair on the dock.
My boyfriend and I stayed in the economy room with a double bed. The room is small but very cozy and has everything you need. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They serve a complimentary hot breakfast which was tasty and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others to stay here when in Quebec. The location is also ideal for exploring the waterfront, galleries, shops and restaurants and is only a 10 minute walk to upper Quebec where you can explore more of the popular historic sites.

Fantastic Hotel, Extremely friendly staff,Posted Sep 14, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff, vintage hotel, beautiful décor , amazing location.
Location: The hotel is only a few minutes walk to all the main points in vieux Quebec, lots of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby.
We stayed at Le Saint Pierre Auberge labour day weekend. Once we arrived at the hotel the Hotel staff expressed that the air conditioning in our room was broken however the Hotel staff upon us arriving, had made accommodations for us at the Chateau Frontenac and paid for our taxi to the hotel along we our breakfast the next morning; as breakfast at Le Saint-Pierre is included. I could not believe how organized and proactive this hotel was upon us arriving. The next day we returned to Le Saint-Pierre and honestly, it was so much more comfortable and the room was so beautiful. The beds are very comfy and the room, was extremely clean. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful and all the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful.
