Comfortable good sized room but they only have 2 rooms for disabled so myhusband was unable to shower and had trouble with the low toilet seat.,staff were very helpful but as wehad no car we had to get a taxi into and return from city center at $25 each way. The bus stop was too far away for us to walk.

So noisy! Everywhere noisy!
I booked this hotel for my daughter’s skating competition in the next day, this hotel is only 7 minutes from the area, I saw all the good comments under this place, all 10/10, excuse me? First, we are not light sleepers, the air conditioner was noisy like a tractor, every 30 minutes we were waking up by that noise. Second, there’s no sound prove between the rooms at all, you could hear everyone walking, laughing, talking, lucky nobody make sex noise beside our room! Third, all the room on the my side have the parking right in front of the windows, 3:30am we were waking up again because people started to either packed to go or unload their luggages, so of course banging doors, talking all over again! So if you are a parent like me, your kids need to rest good for the next day competition, please don’t book this hotel! First time writing bad comments ever, if this hotel had honest comments, I was prepared for noises or I book this hotel because of price or budget, I won’t be this much disappointed, anyway people who need good rest, don’t consider this hotel at all!

Clean convenient hotel for Quebec
Good hotel for visiting Quebec and area, hotel is is clean and well run with efficient helpful staff, especially Karrin who offered us free bus tickets as we were staying more than 1 night. The 800 bus can take you into old town or montmorency falls in the other direction. Breakfast is provided at nearby restaurant which offers 20% discount to hotel guests

Visiblement, votre séjour chez nous n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et nous sommes vraiment désolés. Nous avons pourtant le confort de notre clientèle très à coeur. Pour toute insatisfaction en cours de séjour, il ne faut jamais hésiter à nous le partager. Il nous fait toujours plaisir de trouver une solution pour que l'expérience soit la plus positive possible. À titre informatif, nous avons deux chambres accessibles pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Le bouton pour la porte automatique est très facilitant pour ces personnes qui en ont besoin.
