“Host was amazing ”

“The property was not clean: dirt and toys under a bed, dirty towel hanging up, old food in freezer, old coffee in coffeemaker. Advertised with use of pool and hot tub but we were told 10 days before the stay those weren’t accessible. There was no liners in the trash cans and no place to dispose of the trash outside. We were given 1 disposable coffee cup for 4 people, 6 nights. No other cups. No WiFi password upon arrival, had to request it. One of the TVs was difficult to get to work. ……

“Everything was good with location, the home in general with the exception of the water heater was either not working right ir is too small. If you weren't the first to take a shower, you got a cold one. Also the patio furniture looked like it has weathered and might need to be replaced. The contact with the owner was really good though and she was very helpful. She tried to address the hot water issue for everyone but we think she needed to talk to someone about it.”

“This property was just what we needed for our planned visit to the Boyce Thompson Arboretum. It was comfortable for the two of us. It was clean and provided a kitchen, washer and dryer which we did not use for our short stay but it was good that it was available. Thanks Alena for letting us stay at your property. ”
