Very crowded area of Flushing ... primary concern was parking and the availability of cost-related facility. Approach to entrance is on a compacted one-way street with curb-only parking available ($2.00/hr - two hour max per token) ... approach to larger parking area ($2.50/hr - two hour max per token) is complicated by narrow, one-way streets.

The hotel was walking distance to the main central subway #7, adequate breakfast, room is cleaned everyday the front desk staff are so helpful. The only minor glitch is the internet is slow at times. I will stay at this hotel again if I go back. It is so close to LaGuardia airport and restaurant inside and outside. No regrets will recommend to my family and friends.

Furniture are old. Room TV programs only work little channel.

The best thing about this hotel is it's proximity to the airport. They need some renovations. The furniture is old and the room didn't smell fresh.

Loved it that it was clean and full breakfast was serve in the morning. Staff was very nice. Did not like that it did not have parking.

I had a connecting flight where I landed at JFK at midnight and had to leave for LaGuardia at 8 am. This place was great for it - about 20 minutes from JFK and 10 to LaGuardia. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

The location is fantastic, it is near subway and there are many restaurants around. The price is reasonable with a superb room condition.
