The bed was comfortable. The shower was large. Construction noise during the day was annoying, but I realized that it was early season and they needed to get work done to be ready.

Everyone was friendly and the hotel was overall very clean. The only drawback was the our refrigerator made a noise all night that kept us up. We asked for it to be checked out the next day or replaced but it was still making noise. We couldn’t unplug it so we had to turn it off, spoiling the food we had inside. The pillows were very lumpy-like they had been washed too many times. We asked for new pillows and they gave us slightly better ones. Overall, the place was clean and safe and very convenient.

This hotel was so amazing. The staff was wonderful. They were always smiling and greeting everyone. The rooms were super clean and beds were comfortable. They had a full breakfast that was delicious. Everything went so smooth.

My 1st time staying at Sleep Inn and what a great hotel. Price was very reasonable. My room was perfect and had all the amenities I like. Very clean and safe too. Breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay there again!!

Stay at this hotel !!! It was very clean & quiet. The breakfast was great, had everything- sausage, bacon, eggs, waffles, bagels. The lady working in the breakfast area was amazing- so nice !! She was awesome at her job! My husband and I travel a lot and stay in hotels - this one was by far better than than average. Will definitely be back.

The alarm went off 1x in the middle of the night and 1x early in the am. The refrigerator made noise the whole night. My child and I kept waking up the whole night and we Hardly slept. I told the manager and she listened kindly. Wish I stayed somewhere else to have slept during the night.

The property has good potential but is in need of an upgrade. The place needs a fresh coat of paint and carpet cleaning bad! I can’t speak on the other rooms but mines had stains or mold on the ceiling, the carpet on the floor was covered with stains and the room chain was horrible, dirty and nasty looking where as I wouldn’t sit in it at all. I had a staff member walk into the room without knocking while I was in the room to replace missing lamp shades. We kept hearing strange noises all night long coming from the door area where as we thought someone was about to come in. The hotel has good potential because it’s centrally located and served my needs at the time but definitely needs updating with more modern furniture and settings.

The carpet in the hallways was absolutely disgusting. The room was fine and bathroom seemed clean. I did have one bath towel that was stained makeup or blood, since the towel was white….the housekeepers were pleasant and efficient and the dining area was well taken care of.

Went to concerts at Spac. A little drive to tge venue, but worth it for the price. Plenty of restaurants and stores very closee by, many within walking distance. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast (although itcwasca free for all since the Hotel was sold out)

My family and I stayed at the Sleep Inn in Queensbury Lake George on 8/31 out on 9/1 to move my nephew into SUNY Adirondack college. After a long move in day, we get to the hotel around 8:00 p.m. When I went to take a shower, the shower was extremely dirty. I called the front desk to have someone to come up to clean but was told housekeeping was not available until the next day at 9:00 a.m. After a very hot, busy and hectic move in day, a shower was needed by all. We were not even offered to change our room. We had to go out to purchase a bathmat to put into the shower so we could shower. I called the hotel to make a complaint and they offered points. I will never stay in another Sleep Inn no mattered how many points they offered. Sleep Inn did not live up to the reviews on Hotels.com
