Great access to restaurants and shopping, also the beautiful Queens Gardens. Proprietor went out of way to rectify problem I had with taxi; would definitely return to 4 Seasons again.
Hotel has good location. 5 minute to the town centre. Very nice lake view. Hotel staff is helpful & efficient. However, the room looks a little worn out . Can also hear talking from the guests who stay one floor below us. The chinese we’re talking loudly in the early morning & at 11.30 pm at night. ...
Very friendly place to stay, the rooms are comfortable and the outdoor spa is amazing after a big ski day. Its a short walk to all the town restaurants and the bus to ski fields. And the made to order breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend The Dairy.
We had good experience staying at the Millennium Hotel. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to/from downtown Queenstown every hour. Staff were friendly and accommodating. No bad thing to say about this hotel.
My wife and I recently enjoyed 4 nights at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel, a lovely hotel and the staff went out of their way to make you feel at home and pampered. In particular Marika and Fran were especially hospitable with us. It was a golfing holiday and the location of the hotel was great, ...
The people at the Glebe were wonderful. We payed extra daily housekeeping, which was adequate but not great. Specifically, their was a lots of dust and some days our bedrooms were not made up, even with neither of us in our bedrooms. The cleaning crew was very nice, just not up to what we would have ...
Nice location on the hill. Good views. Quiet. Upgraded to an ensuite room for the last couple of days which was very nice. Good guest lounge with coffee/tea as well as a guest fridge and toaster so you could have snacks any time.
We stayed in a private en-suite room for a single night, as we needed to catch an early coach trip in the morning. This was in the middle of a 3-week honeymoon in NZ. This is a lively, fun hostel with a excellent location right in the centre of town. En-suite room was of a better than average quality ...
Seamless from check in to check out. A building is just that a building but the Spire has something others don't, completely customer focussed and excellent staff. Florenz, Jade and all the team seem to live to make your stay here as good as it can be. They'll park your car, book activities, make ...
We loved this hotel... we specifically chose it for it's easy walking access to cafes/shops, and the luxury feel factor - we weren't disappointed! We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the lake which had a fireplace (perfect for the cooler weather). The quality of the furnishings are beautiful, ...
