Really nice property and loved that we had a deck to sit on! Really great sleep and very clean. Great spot to park right close to our room. Walking distance to town but be prepared for a big hill coming back to the property.

With the construction going outside which i understand is out of their control they could atleast ask the construction company to make the entrance a bit wider and proper. It was very tight especially with a big car. Further the parkjng is very tight inside. Apart from that overall the location of the property is quiet handy. The condition is also okaish considering the price so can't complaint on that.

well situated but roadworks were annoying (although not manageable by the business). Upholstery on furniture torn and scruffy and curtains ripped. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Fairly nice location, but plan to walk a hill to and from town centre. Comfortable beds with mattress warmer in the queen bed. Nice heated towel rack in bathroom. Kitchen was nicely stocked. A little run down with worn carpet, broken window handle and wobbly end table.

Phones were ignored when we tried to call regarding road works blocking off street access. The apartment was covered in stains and the shower was full of mold. There was no place to return keys for early check out and again no phones were answered.

The night works by the Council, although it's understandable, it was frustrating that were weren't advised of this. Also, please fix the other dryer, could never use the one provided as it was always been used for towels and sheets!

Location was good but images show nice new modern rooms but they are.old and rundown. Very misleading and they need to be updated. Well over-priced considering and would not stay here again.

Highly reccomend this accomodation from our checkin where it was organised for our late arrival. The apartment was cozy and clean when we arrived. Spacious with all the amneties. Lovely staff who allowed us to stay after our checkout. Walking distance to town and activities. Even a smokers area. Great experience.

A good place to stay. Staff very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are dated, but spotlessly clean and the appliances are new. Electric blankets good for cold nights. July/August 2023 some access issues due to ongoing road works in Queenstown, but there’s nothing the hotel can do about that. Fairly good locations, though uphill from the centre of town.

Although the property is in a nice location the area does not match the displayed images. The decor was dated and furniture had not been maintained. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a budget friendly accommodation in Queenstown.

Almost perfect to us
The receptionist is really nice. The view is gorgeous, which is worth the price. The condition of the whole property is great, it is comfortable to stay. One down side, just like most of the other hotels, the bed and pillows are too soft, which is not really comfortable at all. Overall, it is a great one, we'd like to book it again next time.

It’s alright overall just a bit lack of maintenance and upkeep. Lots of stain on carpet, things just don’t feel as clean as most other places. Front door lock is kinda loose and half broken.
