Price was right and comfy bed

Posted May 23, 2017
Pros: Price was very good and the breakfast deals. Being able to get a newspaper was a nice touch too. Parking good.
Cons: As mentioned above, it's very tired looking. For example there is a notice board near reception that should be replaced or taken down completely.
Location: Good location for us and it didn't take long to walk into town.
Good experience but the hotel is looking very tired. Condensation in room a problem. The table only had one chair yet a room for 2.

nice enough but no luxuries

Posted May 21, 2017
Rooms a bit noisy with road traffic and some areas looking a bit 70s. Spa pool was awesome to use on a cold day

Pros: Great views and walking distance to town
Cons: Restaurant disappointing. Meals below average.
Location: Close to all the action on offer in Queenstown.
Friendly staff, warm comfortable accommodation and great location, close to centre of town, with the added bonus of free parking!

ideal accommodation for couples or family

Posted Apr 7, 2017
Pros: Location out of town but at walking edge. Large breakfast restaurant available.
Cons: Free WIFI at all times
Location: On town edge, convenient short walk to town centre
This two bedroom apartment with large lounge and 2 bathrooms provided ideal accommodation for two couples. Rooms were clean and all features worked. The reception staff were outstanding, both happy and helpful. The location is 15 minutes walk (ideal for after dinner) from the towm centre at water's edge.

Needs an upgrade

Posted Apr 1, 2017
Time to spend some money upgrading the hotel. Bathroom had black mold. Sheets were fraying. Bedding was old, front desk was a mess of papers and on and on!

Good location

It was comfy enough for 1 night stay and relatively close to the town - Far enough away so it was quiet at night

Good location.

Posted Mar 27, 2017
Pros: lots of space in the rooms
Cons: a new paint job wouldn't go a miss
Location: lovely walk into town around the lake.
I felt that it was very tired. Needed a revamp, for example the splash back behind the vanity had bowed and pulled away from the wall and the paint was peeling from the roof above the shower.

Nice hotel, easy walk around lakeside to town

Posted Mar 5, 2017
Pros: Very friendly helpful staff
Location: Great scenery, plenty of water-based activities available. Gondola trip worthwhile
Spacious room, comfortable beds, god hot water shower and bath. Paid more than we wanted to, but accommodation shortage in town at the time, so glad to get a bed.
