Ok for the price and locationPosted Mar 17, 2018
For the price it's sorta what was expected - not over the top but short 5-7 minute walk into downtown. Staff was attentive and pleasant

Very conveniently locatedPosted Mar 2, 2018
We had a Junior suite which had a bedroom and living area. The room was spacious with a shower and a tub. One thing that I felt was that the tub had no safety bars to lift yourself up and this can be a problem for elderly guests. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Nicely located comfortable hotelPosted Feb 20, 2018
Nice rooms, very comfortable, and good location close to the Queenstown center (500-900m). Hotel is little outdated overall but rooms are still very clean and nice.

Queenstown is the place to bePosted Feb 17, 2018
Pros: Position, clean, fresh, staff.
Location: 500 metres from centre of town, many many things to do, see, excite you, thrill you . Shops, entertainment, trip, thrills,
Hotel was a short walk to the centre of town and entertainment. Room was well equipped and tended to and as the dooorscand windows faced the internal court yard there was little or no noise at night. Four lifts to use so so waiting for ages to get to the floor where the room was. Car parking in underground car park. Didn’t know that they were charging for that until they told me on check out. $10 a night. I would stay again and recommend the hotel.

Experience could of been a lot betterPosted Feb 13, 2018
Our room was on lower ground level facing and overlooking the main road linto Queenstown. Carrying heavy traffic - tour coaches etc leaving early probably going to Milford sounds. Plus over the road there was a building site. We asked for a better room we had paid a high rate. However the hotel receptionist looked at us unapologetically he had time to make a change. If you can get a good room it's a great stay

Just OkayPosted Feb 7, 2018
Not that fancy of a hotel, a bit outdated, but clean enough. The breakfast buffet wasn't worth the price. The one thing that really confused me was how the curtains weren't hung properly. The sheer curtains should be behind the heavy curtains, not in front. The staff at the front desk was kind and helpful, the self-service laundry was a bonus!
