“The property is within a 5 min walk of Manuel Antonio park gate as well as a long beach. Located a block off the main road, so a quiet location. Breakfast was fantastic - fresh fruit every day and made to order from a variety of menu items. Supper was excellent as well. Room was well equipped with fridge and coffee machine. Handy luggage rack to lay out wet clothes. Nice pool at both the main hotel and the one across the street (Gardens). We stayed at the Gardens location ground floor……

“We stayed in room 206 on the lowest floor and had the best time! The breakfast in the morning was top notch! Coffee tasted great! The service at Shana was impeccable!
We saw monkeys, iguanas, lizards, sloths, crabs, macaws, ant eater! We ventured off at night to the beach with headlamps and saw so many critters! We ate at EL ANGEL sodas (10 min drive from SHANA) AMAZING PRICE N FOOD”

“Ecotica was beautiful integrated into the jungle, very nice pool lounge area, the breakfast and bar were amazing, and the rooms very comfortable and clean. This is away from the Manuel antonio downtown area which was much nicer and peaceful. Would definitely come back.”
