Really a bad experience on service

- Wifi connection is terrible, goes up and down the whole day
- Service is simply not good, let me provide 2 examples, my brother and his wife asked for their food from the restaurant manager, they waited for over 1:15 hours and all of a sudden some waiter comes asking, would you need anything else ?? , to which my brother responds , yes ... we need our food which hasnt arrived.
Ends up the order was never sent to the kitchen, lovely ah?
Another example, we arrived 10:02am to breakfast on a saturday, they were taking breakfast away so my wife asks one waiter "could i please just take a little scrambled eggs before you take it?" , this guys answer ... NO YOU CANT.
We could not believe this , it was simply ridiculous and a big proof of a complete lack of service in this hotel.
We are simply NEVER going back.
- Hotel rooms are very spacious for those looking for space

Now we have speed internet connection via WiFi, available withing the whole property and inside rooms.
please give a chance to offer you a compensation and try again our services.
