It was very clean and exactly like the pictures on the website I’d defiantly stay there again . The staff was awesome I had a trailer and the front desk rep came outside in the cold to try and help me find the best parking spot

Me gustaba mucho este hotel.
Era la segunda vez que me hospedaba ahí, había estado unos días antes y decidí volver. Pero esta vez solo por una noche. Ya me había sucedido que el agua de la regadera salía tibia, llamaba a recepción y lo resolvían. Entiendo qué hay un tema de economía, sería bueno que avisaran en qué horario el agua caliente es bajo demanda, simple como eso. El desayuno es en verdad bueno, excelente comida y excelente servicio. Tuve que usar la impresora y eso fue sencillo y rápido. Mi queja ese día fue que solicité salir a la 1:30pm siendo miembro Honors, y la recepcionista de muy mala actitud me dijo que era imposible, que máximo a la 1. Al final salí a la 1:15 pues el agua a las 12 estaba fría, en lo que se calentó, se demoró mi salida. Al hacer el checkout, la misma recepcionista seguía con actitud de pocos amigos. Lamentable. Los días previos a pesar del agua tibia la había pasado bastante bien. Una recomendación adicional, en tiempos de contingencia sanitaria sería bueno poder abrir la ventana de la habitación, es peligroso y sofocante tener que estar todo el día sin que entre aire a la habitación.

Very nice staff, pleasant stay
This hotel is small enough that everything is at a convenient distance from your room: the gym, the pool, parking, restaurant, etc. The staff was super nice. I was surprised to see so many foreign guests (I am Mexican), I imagine they have done a good job at international promotion. Location is very convenient to come in and out with a car.

Main reason I booked at the DoubeTree THIS visit to Queretaro with my family is because it had the indoor pool to enjoy, without the chance of relying on an outdoor pool with the questionable weather this time of year. And . . . We check in and see that the pool is OUT OF SERVICE . . . Freakin Great!

All good but the food
The only issue that I hive with thus hotel is the restaurant. The food is not very good, even something as basic as a club sandwich is mediocre

Nice hotel in Queretaro
We were very impressed with the hotel. We just needed a place to stay before our early morning flight out of Queretaro MX and this hotel looked good and had shuttle service to the airport. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We would stay here again.
