Great friendly staff. The elevator that goes to the parking lot in the basement has been out of order for more than a year now. It must be fixed. Really inconvenient for handicapped guests.

Reservé en este hotel por que es uno de los mejores de Querétaro, y por los beneficios VIP. Cuado llegué, no había nadie que me recibiera el carro, en la recepción una actitud muy seca y mas cuando pedí que me dieran el upgrade por ser VIP Gold. El cuarto con falta de mantenimiento, los desagües tapados, y un fuerte olor.
