Great location, staff, and food, bed not ok

Posted Jan 2, 2018
Pros: Staff, food, location.
Cons: Mattresses.
Location: Steps away from shopping center with Cinemas and several good restaurants (Tacos El Pata, great authentic Mexican taco restaurant a block away).
First of all, let me say the staff in this property is second to none, very attentive, friendly and professional. They did all they could to make our stay exceptional. This is one of the most expensive hotels in Queretaro, so we were disappointed to find the quality of the mattresses were sub-par. Both beds in my room (228) felt very aged, and one in particular had a huge void in the center, impossible to sleep in an horizontal position. By the third night we requested to be changed to a different room because both my wife and I were experiencing back pain from the mattresses. The Hotel staff apologized and immediately offered us an upgrade to the executive floor, which had beds that were in perfect shape. They also offered us free buffet breakfasts as retribution for our bad sleeping experience the previous 3 nights. If we had not have a bad experience with the beds we would have given this place a 5 star review. There are MANY Hotels in Queretaro nowadays, and many options to stay. For the price level, this Hotel should pay more attention to basic details such as quality of mattresses and sleep experience. I would stay in this property again though, everything else about our stay in this property was outstanding. Thanks.

Great Hotel!

Posted Dec 14, 2017
Cons: Noice cancelling windows
Location: there's a mall next door.
amazing property, clean, confortable, spacious rooms. Restaurant is fantastic, the pool is great... just a small flaw, they had an event that evening and our room was a little noisy, I slept fine but my wife didn't...

Pros: Location, services, staff room
Cons: Nothing?
Location: Centrally located in Queretaro. easy access to highway. Good restaurants nearby
The hotel staff was very professional, attentive and spoke English. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Restaurant and bar were excellent as well. Above all the location is good for business and there were a few good restaurants within walking distance.

Nice hotel but don't expect service of any kind

Hotel would not extend my stay when I was violently ill that morning. No late checkout allowed as someone else needed the room. Removed me from my room upon checkout without any consideration for my health.
