Very nice place to stay at queretaro

Location: You need a taxi to get to the city center but it's an excellent hotel for conferences, meetings and family reunions
The hotel is nice with nice restaurant and bar, heated swimming pool, gym and spa. I attended a conference there and it was great. Food is quite good. The service was good as well although a little slow for big groups but this is underatanble. the room was extremely clean and everyone working at the hotel was courteous and professional. It's located not that close to the city center but you can get there by taxi.

We have been staying there off and on for 25 years and the new executive rooms are fabulous and the attentive staff very efficient and friendly.

In need of an upgrade, but otherwise nice!

Hacienda Juricas has seen better days. Many of the rooms (according to others staying with us) are in need of a maintenance update. The carpets along the hallways, once cushy are now bubbling in spots, the same goes for our room flooring. Perhaps the most desperate upgrade needed are the cheap shower curtains on the metal clips that now longer allow the curtain to pull closed easily. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant, although the two don't seem to work well together, needing a voucher before being allowed to order things toward our room bill, signing for the complimentary breakfast, etc. And, despite the great kitchen, the wait staff was all over the place. There were many people working busily, but we often waited for LONG periods of time for service, especially our drink orders took a long time before being delivered. Don't bring me my food before you bring me my drink! Common sense. Very frustrating, which was a pity, since like I said, the food was good!

Hated it. The room was in bad shape, broken chandelier, very old carpet, very hard beds and pillows with bad linens. Didn't like the food or service in the restaurant. There's nothing within walking distance, at one point, I had to wait 25 min. for a cab. I had to ask for towels at the pool. The entire property is in disrepair, it's a sad hotel and the rates are to high.

Picture is deceiving

No elevator so had to drag our bags up the stairs and the room bathroom could be renovated and do not look anything like the picture.
