The new owners here were very responsive and checked us in very late. They were very kind, but when we arrived there were a few surprise charges we had not been informed of before arriving including a deposit and a pet fee. Over all the stay was good and the property is in a good location.

Health and safety standards are extremely poor! Bed was used and dirty and sheets were never changed. Bathroom was dirty. Pet hair everywhere. Will never stay here again!

Stayed here for a quick overnight stay with a dog. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Nothing fancy at all but clean and staff were great!

We’ve stayed here before , it is clean and comfortable, allows pets. Great rates which includes breakfast.

Booked for a room for 5 people on Expedia, when we got to the hotel the staff on duty said they only do 4 people per room. We had to purchase a second room after we already had a room booked for 5.
The unit was dilapidated. Though clean, everything was old and well worn. Electrical plugs didn't work, toilet didn't always flush, shower water went instantly scalding hot if the toilet flushed.
Biggest issue was no breakfast was ever available, unlike was was advertised on their website. Explanation given for why not was that the breakfast was not available because we had booked thru Expedia.
The owner was very friendly and accomodating. It is an older building. It was cleaned, but the walkway outside need repairs.
The extention electric cords got me a little worried for fire hazard. But overall, I would go back and stay there, no problem.
Old and run down. Restaurant was boarded up due to previous fires. The old wall air conditioner sent out an odour of dead animal. The white bathtub and sink had a grey toilet with a yellow seat. The ice machine was out of service. Had to ask the Korean manager for 1/2 bag of ice. No exterior garbage cans. Would not stay there again. We thought the Super 8 chain had high standards after staying in Fort Nelson but Quesnel is like night and day. Pay a little extra and go somewhere more modern.
