Very COMFORTABLE!
You will never regret booking to this stay, very clean, easy to access, has a nice view over the windows. The Aircondition is great and the service is very good but you need to call on their agent for details, especially which Loft you booked. Example LOFT A, B, or D. Actually I stayed at LOFT D.

The hotel requires a 1000 peso deposit in cash. They do not accept credit cards for the deposit. Be warned! The room was actually nice. It had a balcony and quite roomy. Getting up to the room is a little confusing since they have several banks of elevators. The restaurant wasn't very good and the service was mediocre. Upon check out, they require you to wait while they check the room. They said 2 hand towels were missing and I had to pay for them. I don't recall any hand towels being in the room and didn't have time to argue with them, since i had to leave for the airport. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I would suggest trying a different hotel. The Wifi only works in the lobby. The was a water stain on the wall from the A/C unit

The Hotel itself is very old and outdated. They only have 1 elevator working during my 6 day stay. I had to wait for it at least 10 minutes every time. The hallways are hot and NO AC. ALL their gym equipments are old and falling apart. The gym itself is NOT air conditioned:(

Unfortunately i have to move to another hotel because there's cockroaches in the room I'm occupaying, despite the housekeeper tried twice to fumigate the room it didn't solved the problem. They said they will move me to another room and i requested to see it first but toilet have some leak which i declined for health and safety reason. I didn't get any refund from the hotel since i paid it in advance. But definitely going back to that hotel.

Towels are worn out, no wash cloths, ran out of toilet paper with no spare seen, hot water is cold, had to change rooms due to no hot water. Temp is hard to control, either too hot or too cold. I was separated from my children, I booked 2 hotel rooms, I was on the 4th floor and my boys were on the 7th floor. When I checked out and had to use the bathroom in the lobby, it was filthy, no toilet paper, no seat cover, no soap and no towel paper to dry. How rediculous is that.

Absolutely disgusting.The room was infested with bugs,the water was cold in the shower and the noise from outside was intolerable.The food for breakfast was always cold as well.I will never stay in that place ever again.

Friendly staff.
The staff was very accomodating. There’s a laundry service right beside the hotel that offers same day service (I seriously recommend using them if you need to do your laundry asap!) The hotel is near restaurants and right beside a 7-11 for those who need something to snack on quickly or forgot some important travel needs.

Nice hotel in that part of Quezon city. Please ensure you book at the "hotel" area lower than the 8th floor. All others are old apartments that have been lived in and are being rented out. We made that mistake, and we were glad the hotel staff was very nice to cancel that booking and transferred us to the "nicer" hotel area- on the 4th and 5th floor. Staff are very pleasant, helpful and solicitous. Will help with airport transfers. Special shout out to Anne Dacuycuy. She was very helpful, efficient and nice.

Shower handle came of in my hand folirst time turnd on. Bathroom not bathroom but wet room so when you have a shower the bathroom floor is covered in water and sope the floor tiles are also slippery.

I had a panoramic room. Room was clean and comfortable. Very modern and staff was very accommodating. Had no issues during my stay. If I had to make one complaint. The breakfast offered, could of had a better selection.

I just spent a week in this Hotel, The staff are friendly and helpful but attention needs to be paid in several areas. It doesn't matter what time you go to breakfast the food is cold so if you going to do breakfast deal ask yourself if you want to pay that much extra for an omelette ( The only fresh cooked item can get ) and a glass of tang that substitutes for orange juice. The pool is good and well maintained. The air conditioners work well but the room itself leaves a lot to be desired in cleanliness and my partner got a few bed bug bites and wasn't amused.

Just nice
Room is big. Toiletries are just good enough. Its a mix of condo and hotel rooms so in terms of privacy not really good. The place is very accessible to all food places and shopping malls. The staff are superb. They are very pleasant and friendly.

Room was spacious (we booked 1 Junior suites). Had big walk-in shower but nowhere to put stuff e.g. soap, shampoo, hooks for towels. Hand basin had big crack in it. Glass in the bathroom needs cleaning. Was surprised to find no in-room safe. And fridge kept everything nice and warm... LOL. Had dinner in restaurant - ordered from menu got given wrong item, they tried to fix it by putting meat on different plate, still had wrong sauce in it and didn't match menu. But apart from these gripes, cheap restaurants just up the road. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Unsure if we would stay again...

Average hotel with some issues
The room was fine and rather spacious - though don't expect anything luxurious though, towels are a bit rough and there was an issue getting hot enough water in the shower. Location was convenient with food options nearby, which is good because I wouldn't recommend eating at the hotel. Was hard pushed to find anything at the breakfast, made to order eggs and toast with butter and a cup of weak coffee were the most appetizing options, the rest looked like a curious mix of Filipino and Western dinner main courses. Phones were not working during my stay, and internet was up and down. One of the elevators was also broken. It's not expensive, but would recommend other options in the area; while I was not too thrilled with the Cocoon hotel either during my previous trip, it was the better one of the two.

So NICE-stayed THRICE!
So nice a first night; stayed two additional nights! Quiet, classy, top front desk, liked 7-11 2-feet next to hotel, sweet gym-next to pool-great design in that. Wonderful breakfast buffet-menu changed slightly each morning.

Stayed for 2 weeks. Good food reasonably priced in the 10th floor restaurant. The most comfortable bed in any hotel I've ever been in. People were all very helpful and friendly. Close to many good restaurants and local nightlife. Excellent service. Many thanks to all the staff. Needed a drain at the opening in the shower in room 413 where I stayed.

Good hotel but high price for less
the breakfast was terrible....it would have been better if it's buffet for the price of hotel inclusion......the room was hot and the fridge was not working...Thanks to the help of the staff and everything went well......the parking is safe however, it was too deep down and small car might not able to make it, only 4 wheeler and only tall vehicle can park there.......Location is very good as it is walking distance to most of the night life and convenient stores...

I was moving into a condo in the same place and needed a room while the condo was being prepared. I figured it would be convenient. One thing to keep in mind when traveling around the world is things all all relative. A great place in Paris is different than a great place in the Philippines. I spent a good part of the last 8 months in the Philippines and I would consider this a great place to stay. I booked with the phone app with no issues. Check in an service was easy and the people were helpful. The room was comfortable and clean even thought I purchased one of the cheapest rooms (no windows). There as more than enough room and it was more than comfortable for a multi night stay. Overall I had a good experience.

I dont know why some people rate this hotel low sometimes, this is always my go to hotel and i stay here every time i visit the philippines, pool, free breakfast, gym, spa, it has it all and each room really has that suit feeling. i stayed in all rooms except the 1/2 bedroom apartmento.

Great for families!
Torre Venezia is an excellent deal if you are traveling with family. We booked a 2-bedroom loft which suited our family of 3 adults and 2 children. This room also has a kitchen so it's great if you're planning on staying in the city for a long time.

This is good if you are looking for a place to stay with more than 2 people and a place to rest.the loft AC is not working well.this is suppose a unit and basic supply of dish detergent,hand towels and coffee or tea supply should at least be supplied.Other than that it is a place that you can just sleep and rest to do errands around Quezon Avenue or Timog Circle.

This hotel was a total hit and miss. If you just want a place to sleep, Torre Venezia might be good for you. If you expect more from your hotel, then read on. Stayed at a 2-bedroom loft suite. Pros: Comfy beds and linens; cleaners next door who pick up and deliver to your room; large fridge; microwave; eating utensils; currency exchange at front desk; great location with eateries nearby. Cons: Only one really old, small, bulky TV in a 2-bedroom suite (most hotels for the price I paid have at least a flat-screen TV in the room and in the living area); smell coming from downstairs bathroom; temperature controls were broken in upstairs bathroom (the shower was either too hot or too cold, so we had to take cold showers since that was better than the weird smell downstairs); horrible check out procedure (hotel policy is to check guest room before check out -- we were detained for 30+ minutes because whoever checked the room said the towel count was off, so we would need to be charged for missing towels. We said we didn't take towels, so double check. After about more than 10 minutes, we were told the towels were found -- really bad experience -- checkout should be fast!) Also, while waiting for check out, there was a promotional video in the lobby showing that the hotel had rooms with contemporary design, and flat screen TVs. We DID NOT get that. We transferred to BSA Twin Towers after Day 3. For about the same price, it was a much more pleasant stay.

Elevators are noted for breaking down regularly and are small, poorly airconditioned and slow. In addition, there are no back of house elevators so all housekeeping services aldso use the same facilities as guests. This means that you will spend a considerable amount of time waiting in the hot, stuffy corridors waiting for the elevators. It can take up to 10 minutes to get out of the hotel, or you could jog down 20 flights of stairs, your choice. Also - When we left the staff tried to charge us for a face cloth they claimed was missing. We refused to pay and did not appreciate being accused of theft of such a worthless item.

Our room was freshened up from a year ago when we stayed here. but of course the price had gone up as well. The breakfast was not what I was hoping for. They should just bring what they have rather than ask what you want. Most of the things on the limited menu they did not have. The pool was under renovation, and it wasn't easy to get a straight answer as to when in would be back in service. Having two bedrooms and two baths is nice for low extra cost, but be prepared to climb stairs. The staff is still kind and helpful, but the highlight is still the view from the small balcony .

My experience with Torre Venezia Suites was place was clean. However their breakfast they serve are very small portion I don’t why? Foods are cheaper in the Philippines’s. If you are a big eater that will not work. The amenities in the building open late, so if you a morning person this will not work for you. Supplies for your room are hard to get everything extra charges. We are party of five and they are only giving us 2 set of towels, maybe they wants us to share? And even thou you have a request for extra bed and leave mgs to arrange ahead of time, it will not happen. We still have to wait in the lobby for haft hour to set the room, do you believe that. Light in the bedroom are not working. Sorry it’s not worth paying your rate.

Convenient location to areas we needed, but very poor housekeeping service. Refrigerator was off and smelled so awful, had to call housekeeping to have it clean and disinfected when we checked in. Rooms should be checked for cleanliness prior to guest checking in and we even had a late checked in and room was not properly clean including the non running refrigerator. Glass and utensils for breakfast served not clean still with dried food. Hotel have a lot of potentials but ruined by poor housekeeping service.

Very poor housekeeping service. Mostly amateur housekeepers. I was in the room while one housekeeper was cleaning bathroom and I saw her use the toilet brush used also for the sink, I corrected her and she said it was rinsed anyway. Some make faces showing bad attitude. Housekeeping need professional training and customer service. Front desk staff were very friendly but at night nobody is answering the phone.
