"Easy acces to my relatives . "

"I have stayed there twice and both times was given the view of the homes in poor condition.
Also, they put a hold on the room deposit. Arrived home and the deposit has not been credited back to my credit card.
The place charges deposit for each night. I feel the deposit should be one basic charge for the entire period.
A small gift shop on the premises would be a nice touch. "
