"The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives.
Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness."

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy.
The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit.
Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."
