"This was a great find in a wonderful small town just outside Bilbao. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. The place was very comfortable with a very quick walk into the town, with easy parking, and quick access to nearby buses and trains into Bilbao. Would recommend. "

"Fuimos los primeros en estrenar la casa. Es la típica casa de pueblo, pero recien reformada. Salón amplio para 5, y suficiente para los 7 que estuvimos unos pocos días. El patio está muy bien, con buenas vistas y bien equipado (mesa grande, barbacoa, sombrilla y tumbonas). A pesar de que tiene unos cuantos escalones, los abuelos se apañaron bien. "Al ver las fotos esperábamos estar en una casa con una chimenea muy bonita, pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que la chimenea no se podía usar, que estaba anulada. Además de la foto, la casa sale cuando buscas casas en Frías con chimenea. Deberían corregir esto y eliminar la foto del dosier de la casa. Por lo demás, la casa muy bonita y bien equipada, y la zona tiene una muy merecida visita."

"Despite turning up in biker gear I was welcomed warmly by the lady on reception. The breakfast options were explained and I went to the room. The room was clean and had a good array of bits and pieces, 2 small waters, dental care kit etc, a hairdryer with additional bits I don’t know the use for being A; male and B; bald. The towels were nicely folded in a way I hadn’t seen before. The shower was huge and the bed comfortable. The one thing I would say is u could hear the neighbours through the shower wall, a problem solved by closing the bathroom door. The main door has a security or some kind of mechanism that makes it impossible to close the door silently at night, (or any time). Breakfast was simple, hot drink a large slice of toast, and a huge glass of orange juice. Overall a nice hotel in a lovely part of the country with several dining options within 5-10mins drive and a nice old church across the road, unfortunately no longer in use by the looks of it. Recommend. "
