Near the water

Pros: I liked that it was close to a lot of things but not directly in Boston. The beach/ocean is very close and it was great to see even in the winter.
The hotel was in the process of being renovated. It did need it but the accommodations weren't bad. We stayed one night for a business trip. I would stay again.

Excellent Service

Free airport shuttle pick up was quick, pub food was excellent and breakfast was delicious. Only suggestion would be to have a shuttle leave every half hour instead of hour.

Worth it

We stayed in a small standard room with a double bed. Room was very clean. Very* small but we were just staying the night and heading to Logan Airport early in the morning so it was all we needed. Pretty views of the water. Very short drive to airport. Recommended.

Pros: everything
Cons: Nothing for my needs it had free Wi-Fi and free breakfast.
Location: It was in a convenient location for my needs. I was there for a wake ad funeral and was only 10-15 minutes from the funeral parlor.
We stayed at the hotel on the recommendation of somebody els and found it to be fine. We ate I the pub and was satisfied with the service and food.

don't book for part and fly through anyone but hot

Pros: The cleanliness.
Cons: Communication.
Location: I was attending a seminar provided by Landmark in Quincy.
The wall unit heater did not work even though it showed it was "on" and I was freezing when I woke up in the morning. I tried to call the front desk to report this and continuously got a busy signal. The so-called "heat lamp" in the bathroom was nothing more than an over-sized light bulb and my wake up call came in 1/2 hour late, although the desk clerk was apologetic. I was then told I was supposed to use the thermostat on the wall...too bad they didn't tell me this before I went to bed. It was, however, a very clean room.

Close to destination

Pros: The food & drink facilities. Close proximity to our destination
second stay here. Hotel needs cosmetic updating (which it appears to be in the process of). Very helpful staff(we had no heat in our room and it was promptly taken care of. Nice bar area and restaurant . Nice staff there. We were there in January so the outside facilities were shut down. We will give it another try in a few months.
