The wall unit heater did not work even though it showed it was "on" and I was freezing when I woke up in the morning. I tried to call the front desk to report this and continuously got a busy signal. The so-called "heat lamp" in the bathroom was nothing more than an over-sized light bulb and my wake up call came in 1/2 hour late, although the desk clerk was apologetic.
I was then told I was supposed to use the thermostat on the wall...too bad they didn't tell me this before I went to bed.
It was, however, a very clean room.
