Nice property but would not allow a late checkout of 1pm for no reason beyond no bonvoy #. Hotel was not at capacity so don’t really understand it.

The whole property in & out was very clean & organized. The staff is always courteous & friendly. I had to leave a day early, due to a pressing personal matter. The stay was great while I was there.
