The staff is friendly and helpful. I needed to stay an extra night and they were nearly full. Even though my room was not available they made it work so I did not have to change rooms.

We had a wedding in the area and we’re able to check in a little earlier than the normal 3:00 checkin which allowed us to change and get ready for the wedding. I appreciated that flexibility.

I can't believe they charged me $3 for parking. I'll never stay there again. There are many other places to stay in Quincy that are just as nice or even nicer that don't charge for parking.

Was a little disappointed that the pool was being used for chair storage. Everything else was fine. Good location close to the college.

Regarding your concerns with our amenities, while yes there is chairs in the pool room, the mechanical room in that room is under winter maintenance for replacing some components to operate the pool, so we did place the chairs in there due to this as the pool itself was not usable for another reason. We are working hard on updating the pool equipment as quick as possible to open the pool back up as fast as possible.We'd love to share a more positive experience with you next time.

We arrived late at night and checked out early. The room was very clean and contained all the conventional comforts. Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash for convenience in shower was a nice luxury after a day of traveling.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! My daughter had a major school project to finish, and they offered help with their business center when we ran into a couple technical glitches. Every time we came or left, they greeted us. The manager asked how our stay was going and made sure that if we needed anything to call the front desk. Super friendly!!

An okay stay
Lobby was clean, desk attendant was courteous & efficient. At first glance, room appeared to be clean however we found a previous guests hair scrunchie & wash cloth, no trash bags in containers. In addition, we reserved a room with 4 people & were only provided with 2 towels & sink was slow to drain. Breakfast was good & provided multiple options. The staff kept it stocked & clean. The morning crew was also friendly. All-in-all a decent overnight stay to break up our long drive.

NOISE ALERT
We were on the second floor....The room above us was running what seemed like 24/7 for the ENTIRE 3 nights we stayed there. We called to make a complaint and NOTHING was done. We thought at one point about switching hotels. We will be visiting the area several more times and we will not be staying at this hotel.

The only issue I had, which was more of a convenience more than anything! I was in town for a Clinic 30 mins away in Canton, Mo and when I called to see if I could check in early around 12pm due to the clinic I was attending not ending til 9pm or 10pm, I was told no because they were full the night before. I asked if the room I was being assigned that night had been checked out of, and was told yes, so I asked if it could be cleaned first due to my circumstances. I was told NO because my room was on the 3rd floor and we don’t clean rooms in order of checkout, we clean rooms by floors and the 3rd floor would not be started until at least 1:45 at the earliest. I even offered and asked for an early check in fee, like a late checkout fee! Again I was disappointed with the response and like I said more of a convenience for me to check in early. I recommend they de look at cleaning policy, and clean in order of checkout time not by floor!

The staff was friendly but the rooms were definitely not what i expected for the amount i paid. The beds were terrible, the shower backed up so you were standing in water while showering and the bed hat a metal piece of the frame that stuck out so far it scraped my leg. Not one to normally leave a bad review especially when the staff was friendly but this room definitely wasn't worth the money.

Sound between floors. You could very clearly hear people walking above you. Footsteps loud and wakes you up if person above you gets up before you do. Seems like plywood was used as floorboards.

I know that when I stay in a hotel I don't like to hear others so I feel your frustration. Since this is an anonymous review I can not tell where you stayed in our hotel so I am unable to research further upon your comments. Most hotels our size do use a plywood subfloor so I do recommend if you are a light sleeper to request a high floor so there is not individuals above you. Have a great rest of your weekend and I do hope the rest of your stay was great.
