There are no curtains or blinds, barely enough linens for the futon (which is counted as a bed), no utensils, nothing on the walls, no bedroom or closet door. "We loved this property in Ruston, Louisiana! This was a new listing, so we didn't fully know what to expect since there were no prior reviews... A collective "Wow!" is what we said when we opened those doors!! :) We were having a homecoming reunion, so we rented both units (A and B). "We have stayed here before and it was great. The only draw back was the elevator was out when we first arrived so we had to go up 3 flights with bags but it was fixed by morning. TV options are not great but okay. But it’s 2.5 miles from kids place so it’s very convenient. We will definitely stay again. "

"As first I was a little skeptical about the location being in the middle of town and on the main street, but after staying I wouldn't hesitate coming back. You can park in the back yard with plenty area and close the gate behind you. The house must be well insulated because the road noise in nonexistent. The story behind the house was a plus and it tells you all about it on one of the walls on the inside. I'm not going to spoil it. Also the house is completely spotless and very up to date. We will be back if need to travel to the area. "
