A very comfortable hotel in a very good location. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the location is good.

Pros: the friendliness of the staff clean rooms
Cons: lower prices on food include a breaksfast
Location: close to bus stops taxis food
super hotel close to everything bilegual staff clean very helpful will stay here again hot water

Room should have had more amenities

Pros: Staff was nice
Cons: The area leading to the pool needs a complete makeover and a deep cleaning. I also feel that the pool should be enclosed
Location: The location was ideal. You could get to several attractions within walking distance
I did Not think the hilton quito measured up to its reputation. For a hotel of this class I think it could at least have a microwave And fridge. There was not spa tub. It your regular standard tub. I did enjoy the hot water/ good pressure for taking a shower, which is not always available in ecuador. I would not choose to stay here on future visits since I like have a fridge and micro in my room

However, we would like to specify some points that seems to be important to explain: Normally, for the Hilton standarts microwaves are not part of a room in the hotel, and for the refrigerator, is not something that is on the room but you can always ask for one and you can choose if it is full as a minibar or just the fridge. Good Hotel

Pros: The staff is good.
Cons: The breakfast menu.
Location: It's walking distance to cultural center and craft market.
This hotel very spacious & clean rooms. It's in a fairly good location. In the day time it is buzzing with activity., However, the front rooms can be noisy at night. The staff are very good and try to please. The breakfast menu is limited and can be improved. This hotel is walking distance to the cultural center & it's very easy and cheap to use taxi to restaurants.
