Beautiful central courtyard

Posted Aug 28, 2016
Charming hotel in the heart of the historic district. Doorman is great and is the go to guy. Food was good especially the tapas. Rooms are on the small size, but very clean and well supplied with nice towels and toiletries. There are plenty of very nice common spaces to use other than your room.

Beautiful, Convenient and Huge Rooms

Posted Aug 19, 2016
Pros: Location, friendly staff
Cons: Nothing
Smaller, boutique hotel centrally located in Quito's Colonial section. Super large 2-story suites with balconies overlooking quaint street views or interior atrium. Friendly staff and great service. Loved our stay.

旧市街地観光に便利なホテル

Posted Aug 13, 2016

Excellent customer care, good location

Posted Jun 23, 2016
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Our room was quite dark, no elevator to go to the 2nd floor, since Quito is on high elevation, my husband was running out of breathe just walking up.
Location: 3 main churches, la Ronda, main square, local restaurants, equator tour,
Hotel is an hour from the airport, since our flight back to lax was at 5am, we decided to change our 3rd prepaid night to an airport hotel. The guest relation lady was very accommodating to our situation and she processed our cancellation the same day we requested. The hotel is centrally located, you save money on not needing to join any tours in the old town areas.

Very nice hotel, exceptional staff, beautiful setting but a bit pricey - breakfast buffet was nice but very expensive, $20 per person!

schöne grosszügige Anlage

Posted Apr 30, 2016 on Hotels

Very nice "old city" experience.

Posted Apr 19, 2016
Wonderful and attentive staff. English was more than adequate. If only the rooms facing the street were more sound proofed.

Dear guest, Thanks for you comment. Our hotel is a colonial building which has been restored as a hotel complying with international standards of safety and quality. However, there are some things that could not be changed and became part of the experience of staying in a colonial and historical house of Quito like sound isolation. That is the reason, that If you are too sensitive to noise, we recommend you request at the front desk our complimentary earplugs, Please keep us on your mind for your next trip. One night stay in Quito

Posted Mar 31, 2016 on Hotels
The staff at Patio Andaluz were very accommodating and friendly. The food is reasonable, but not remarkable. Eventhough it's more expensive, Casa Gangotena, down the road, is a better option. The rooms are nicely appointed, but the 2nd bed was a sofa bed and not very comfortable. The main bed was comfortable, but very squeaky. The hotel has a slip of paper in the room warning you about noise level and offering earplugs, but I didn't have a problem with it.

Great historical hotel in Quito Center

Posted Mar 30, 2016
Pros: The history of it (very unique), location and the layout of the room. The staff were great as well.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't the greatest I had ever had.
Location: Right in the historical center. Everything in the center was within walking distance.
This hotel more than met our expectations. It was right in the center of historical Quito. They were friendly, informative and the hotel was gorgeous. We had a two-story "duplex" that was very charming. The wifi was great and the staff really cared about you. I left something in the room and they reached out to me to ask how I wanted to get it back. I had never had that happen before. They let you know the prices of cabs and made sure the driver knew as well. Would definitely stay here again - oh - and it was a bargain for what you got (also came with breakfast).
