6 star service at this amazing hotel

Pros: Incredible service - kudos to the service manager.
Cons: Wifi connection speed in the room. Consider lowering taxi fares to the airport.
Location: Great location by the park, 15-20 minute walk from start of hop-on-hop-off tour, right next to a large mall with a large food court.
I try to avoid giving five star ratings to hotels, to leave hotels room to improve. However, this hotel definitely deserves five stars or more - the service was incredible. The front desk staff spent a lot of time helping me to arrange tours. They were always very available. When I was short water, they arranged for free bottled water sent up for me. At the restaurant, the service was amazing, and they asked me to do an online review for them at the end - you always know institutions are service-oriented when they are trying their best for online reviews. The room are very nice and modern. The only problem is that the wireless Internet connection in the ribs was not that great, but I cannot dock them points, because the service was so incredible. Really made me feel like home. Hotel taxi service to airport is more expensive than with regular taxi, but I was so happy with my stay that I was happy to oblige.

Nice hotel

Pros: -Friendly staff -After asking, we were allowed a late check-out
Cons: -no smoking rooms
This staff at the hotel was very friendly. There were drinks and snacks in the lobby and the man that refreshes them was nice enough to bring little extras and refill them when needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. All the rooms were non-smoking, but there was a terrace outside the restaurant where we could smoke. The hotel is not centrally located but is not far from 2 malls (the mall across from the park, Quicentro, was very nice).

NO AIR CONDITIONER

Cons: Get air conditioners
The hotel is in a really good location, near of almost every bussines and goverment office. The staff was kind and helpfull but the bellboy was really annoying trying to get a better tip (i asked him for a driver and, at least, makes me 5 calls to the room offering me different services). Its really imperative to get air conditioner for the rooms. Nights in Quito are Cold, so you can´t open your windows, but the closed room was so hot that you can´t sleep comfortable. the staff offered me a fan

Good value and good location

I have stayed at several hotels in Quito and this is the best value for your money. It is two blocks from a big mall for getting supplies and groceries, and two blocks from the botanical gardens and herpiterium. The rooms are small but adequate. There is a free room safe. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site is excellent. They are very concerned about service and food quality and asked us several times during our stay to take a survey. Highly recommended.

en general esta bien!!!. solo que no tenían botiquín de primeros auxilios y wifi que llegara a la zona de restaurante

Estimado Jhonatan: Gracias por su comentario acerca de lo que no encontró en nuestro hotel, le comentó que por regulaciones contamos con un botiquín básico para emergencias leves, sin embargo hay un servicio médico para casos mayores al cual accede mediante su seguro hotelero. Muy bueno, normal , un poco de ruido vehicular Empleados muy amable, hasta la de limpieza que me despertó bien temprano pensando que yo no estaba .
