Difinitely NOT a 5 Star!

The location of the hotel is very good if you like to walk to shops and restaurants but the our junior suite was designed to be somwwhat cute but very impractical: no mirrors in the room except the 3 rectangularly positioned one in the bathroom that made us dizzy every time we looked at them. The bathroom was extremely tiny and the ventilation fan did not help at all and the Windows would not open. upon arrival, the TV wasn't working (they fixed it). The air conditioner never worked (the offered us another room) and they couldn't fix it. Obviously, the hotel had not done the proper inspections. We could never use the highly advertised rooftop lounge; the 1st night they told us it was closed and the next 4 nights, we were not allowed to enter because of "private functions". There was no paper tissu in the entire suite and when we asked for a box of tissues, the staff seemed surprised. They had none but they sent us a tiny 2-3 tissues (of the fast food restaurant type). THE POSITIVES; convenient neighborhood/walking distance to shops, friendly staff. In brief, I would give this hotel a xaximun of three and a half stars. Oh, one major snag was very very small clauset space.

On behalf of all our staff let me extend our sincere apologies.I have done the proper follow up and transfered this comments and suggestions to the departments involved in this incidents. Being December our Sky Bar had various Christmas events going and that is why it was closed most of the days the week you stayed here and I am truly sorry you could not enjoyed it.
I appreciate all this comments since they make us improve our services and facilities on every way.
