One of the Best Hotel in Latinamerica

Cons: Nothing
Location: Everything is close, the best restaurants in Quito, transportation, mall
I can´t describe what a nice Hotel is Le Parc Hotel, friendly staff, clean, great wifi, nice restaurant around

Es un hotel muy bueno, las habitaciones y el servicio es inmejorable, me encanto. El personal es muy atento y muy servicial La comida es muy rica y el desayuno varias de cierta manera todos los días Lo recomiendo plenamente

beautiful hotel.

air conditioner did not work in room. after 3 days of hotel trying to fix, another room was offered to us.

Difinitely NOT a 5 Star!

Pros: The location and friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Comfort and practicality should not be sacrificed for designs' sakes.
Location: Many shops and restaurants. This is the biggest plus of this hotel.
The location of the hotel is very good if you like to walk to shops and restaurants but the our junior suite was designed to be somwwhat cute but very impractical: no mirrors in the room except the 3 rectangularly positioned one in the bathroom that made us dizzy every time we looked at them. The bathroom was extremely tiny and the ventilation fan did not help at all and the Windows would not open. upon arrival, the TV wasn't working (they fixed it). The air conditioner never worked (the offered us another room) and they couldn't fix it. Obviously, the hotel had not done the proper inspections. We could never use the highly advertised rooftop lounge; the 1st night they told us it was closed and the next 4 nights, we were not allowed to enter because of "private functions". There was no paper tissu in the entire suite and when we asked for a box of tissues, the staff seemed surprised. They had none but they sent us a tiny 2-3 tissues (of the fast food restaurant type). THE POSITIVES; convenient neighborhood/walking distance to shops, friendly staff. In brief, I would give this hotel a xaximun of three and a half stars. Oh, one major snag was very very small clauset space.

Lovely hotel with great staff and service
