Good hotel in nice area

Stayed 2 nights in business trip, excellent location, personnel was very helpful and attentive. Hotel facility is pretty new, gym is well equipped, breakfast quality excellent and room service also good

Problems finding reservation

Upon check in this hotel could not find my reservation and told me the room was not pre paid! I had to call hotels.com and they had to call the hotel. They claim they did not recieve the reservation but then they found it. had another reservation for following week same problem.They seem to have computer and communication problems way to much and is not worth the trouble. Next time I will go to another hotel to avoid these issues!

Our room was not ready and still working when we arrive the room after checked in, so it was a surprize, but other than that, our stay was very comfortable.

Buen hotel bin ubicado. Buenas habitaciones. Buen tamaño. Solo que el desayuno era carismo, alrededor de US $22.

Uno de los hoteles de la cadena NH que no cumplió con mis expectativas en la relación precio - calidad. Las habitaciones un poco antiguas. El gimnasio es bueno.

Good hotel well located in Quito

Pros: The internet connection. Is powerful and reliable.
Cons: Breakfast options for Expedia users should be included in the room rate.
Location: Location is OK. Plenty of restaurants in the area
The hotel is OK. It has standard rooms, like in any other 4 stars hotel with relatively new furniture. WiFi is powerful so you won't have any problem connecting to the internet, and they even offer a wire connection for your laptop. My major complain is about the food. Food options in the hotel are very expensive and if you book your accommodation via Expedia they'll charge you extra for the breakfast, which is quite unfair, because considering this is a 4 stars hotel in Ecuador 18 is quite high.

Old place, rooms are really outdated. Great breakfast Staff is friendly in general. Further away from the center of the city then suggested on the website
