Upon check in this hotel could not find my reservation and told me the room was not pre paid! I had to call hotels.com and they had to call the hotel.
They claim they did not recieve the reservation but then they found it.
had another reservation for following week same problem.They seem to have computer and communication problems way to much and is not worth the trouble.
Next time I will go to another hotel to avoid these issues!
