“I didnt realize that Candlewood Suites has no morning breakfast and that was a let down. I like IHG hotels but may not stay at CW Suites in the future if they dont have breakfast”

“Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!”

“How's it sound? The property being pet-friendly, along with the low $50 incidental deposit, was a plus and made traveling with our large dogs easier. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the property fell well short of expectations. Cleanliness was not up to standard—we encountered an unpleasant odor in the room and found leftover items such as lids from old containers, hairs on the bed, etc. from previous guests, which is unacceptable.……

“This was a very spacious home and had lots of room for all of our family to enjoy. It was very clean with lots of extra sheets. It was very pretty and well maintained on the outside. However, we had issues with the freezer, ice maker, and air conditioner. The freezer wasnt keeping anything frozen. The ice maker worked when we first came there, but then it stopped. The air conditioning was set at 75 but it couldnt keep the hosue cool. It got up to 80 in the house during the day. We reached out to……

Her husband was there to pick her up and he was able to jump start our truck. They were both awesome. Sorry I can't remember her name but we are very grateful for their help. ”
