The staff here was incredibly courteous. The updates that the owners have done on this property are exceptional. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a solid two star hotel and the guests ratings were right on with about a 7.4. Mattresses are well past their prime, furniture is beat up, bathrooms are needing overhaul, but it was decently clean. I was traveling without my wife so I didn't care, but I would never book this hotel with my wife.

Good for what needed
The front desk was accommodating to me needing a first floor. The room however had a must smell and the under blanket had some cigarette burn marks but it did the job we needed - a bed to sleep on to break up our trip. Continental breakfast was ok but not diabetic friendly by any means. But again, good for what needed.

Comfy beds but....
I come very often to visit family. Overall the visit was great, quiet and comfortable. I stayed in room 121, my only issue was the shower. Absolutely no water pressure! Id love to take a pillow home. They are the best!

I had a two night reservation but canceled the second night. This was due to seeing two roaches in the room and the property in the process of replacing the carpet. The carpet replacement made it difficult to get in and out of the room. Discarded carpet was piled up in at least two places outside.

Room smelled terrible. It was on the first floor, and you could hear everything that was going on above us, and they were up all night. Got no sleep. There were alway guys hanging around outside the hotel drinking beer, made it very uncomfortable to walk out there.

The staff was great! But the reserved nonsmoking room wasn’t available. Due to a local event, no other hotels had rooms. The smoking room we were provided was our only option. Now we’re forced to deep clean all of our belongings. Definitely not worth the high cost.

We were stuck in a smoking room, which I thought would be okay. But it absolutely wasn’t. I could smell it through my cpap mask, our clothes smelled like smoker clothes when we left and when we got home. Otherwise, good sleep, clean shower, excellent customer service

First room had a musty smell. Current room has a coffee maker that is not working. Only here to sleep, shower and watch some World Cup while helping my son move between apartments

I need a place to sleep, shower, and maybe watch a little tv. Most f my day is spent getting things done and I don' do much outside of that. My stay there is a good part of my routine. They know me well enough to assign particular rooms and they always ask about the son that I am visiting. I can count on a good experience every time
