Extremely rude staff. We requested early check in since we are a band on tour and would leave before Midnight. They didn't accommodate....which happens. We understand that. But they wouldn't even allow us to store a piece of luggage while we ran for food. All in all, interactions for poor at best.

Don’t do it, the place had many flaws including broken or not working parts in the room, mediocre breakfast, weird location on a difficult intersection, bad Wi-Fi, dirty rooms, etc. All this was bad but the worst of all, the customer service was so extremely rude. Anything you notify them about, they rudely answer. Expensive for what it is.

The stay was fine. Our room was a very nice size which even included a sleeper sofa. Cleanliness was also up to par. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Property a bit dated but staff was attentive and friendly. Needs a inhouse shop instead of vendong machine. Gym was satisfactory but the pool was out of operation during my stay. A big disappointment.

Adequate overnight stay
Overnight stop before a cruise…adequate! But the shower had ONLY HOT water…yikes! Reported to the office and the issue was immediately reported to maintenance.

The only thing that I didn't like was the sofa in our room. Our room was great but the sofa had no support so it sank in when you sat in it. I did tell the desk clerk as were leaving. Everything else was wonderful. I'm looking forward to our next stay and will tell my friends since it's hard to get a room on Staton Island. I was in room 217.

Breakfast was horrible. Sausage tasted like it was made the day before. I couldn't bite through it. At 9:00am I carried some of my stuff to the car and when I left the room the cleaning service opened the door to go in. I told them we weren't leaving yet and as soon as we got on the elevator she went in. We came back up and she was in there with our stuff still inside. She wouldn't leave so we had to. The guy at the front desk said it's because she doesnt understand English but I can stay while she cleans. That's not right. I paid till 11 and if I stay longer they would change me but they wouldn't give me any money back for kicking me out early. DON'T STAY HERE! All the stuff is broken in the rooms as well. Pull out couch couldn't be sat on. Trim on floor falling off. Desk chair was broken. Beds very unconformable. 4 people in the room but only 3 towels. When we asked for more they said they ran out...
