Nelly and Michel hosted us well and Pierre helped with supplies for our arrival. We did not have a car and got transfers from Barcelona airport. "The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"We had an enjoyable stay in the cabin during the Christmas time. It was super easy to communicate with the property manager, and the timing for the check-in and check-out were flexible. "Pleasant hotel, we had a large room, much larger than normal ski hotels. Bathroom could do with redecorating but water hot. Breakfast good but expensive however the small cake and water available late at night is a good choice! Although parking is available underneath the hotel your car must be less than 1.90. We found plenty of parking to side of hotel which was off the main road and free."
