“Nice, unique apartment.”

“Our room at martastudios apartments was quite large. Plenty of space for suitcases and other belongings. The bathroom was roomy as well, although there were a few cobwebs. But they were on top of the shelves to the ceiling so not really an issue. Everything else was very clean. The shower was large and there was a larger sized tub as well. The common area was perfect and had 2 fridges, coffee and tea, wine glasses, and plates and cutlery, perfect for snacks or breakfast. Loved everything about……

“Let me put it this way is called Aroma for a reason…. My room did not smell well asked neighbor same problem”

“Overall a good stay. The apartment is clean. Good location and reasonable walk to the centre.”

“Overall a great location and nice size apartment. Only issue was on arrival the place was not pre-cooled, and being the penthouse it was very warm in the unit. It took until after sunset for it to begin getting comfortable. Secondly the hot water system was not on, and we did not discover this until morning shower time. Once these issues were addressed, the rest of the stay was nice.”

“Be warned that you need early coordination for key pickup as there is no reception or self-checkin, which we were aware before booking. We had to wait over an hour to meet the host late in the evening when we were so tired. The condition of the apartment was bad. Faucet was broken (though usable), cracks on walls and ants in the kitchen. We would've left if we had other availability nearby. ”
