This hotel is completely nice place relax area very close some place for eat drinks and dancing also comercial shopping cente is important talk about the personal o staff in 3 floor vey person and professional whith your work room clean

Close to the airport.

Good hotel that is fairly close to the airport. Was in town for a concert at the PNC Arena and just needed a place to stay after the event.

Lower tier hotel as most in this chain. Get what you pay for here. I actually received several red bumps in morning from bed bugs here, won't be coming back

Dirty, sketchy, not like most Extended Stays

Huge disappointment. Very dirty. No amenities. Used as a "motel" by the locals coming in and out for one night stays, etc. Unresponsive staff. Cleanings only after seven days of stay. Stains everywhere in carpet, walls, tub, toilet. Sheets paper thin and stained. Listed as an "airport" hotel, within three miles of the airport yet doesn't offer a printer or access for boarding passes, etc. Extreme disappointment - find another option.

Lack of communication between hotel staff.

I phoned the hotel 2 days prior to make arrangements for a early check in only because I needed to change for my daughter's graduation. I was told that a room would be waiting for me when I arrived. The front desk had no knowledge of such arrangement. The manager on duty took care of me but the young lady at the front desk was only concerned with charging me a early check in fee. I had no problem with paying a fee but the young lady was not willing to work with me. Good thing the manager was there who in my opinion settled something that could of been resolved if she wasn't available.

PLEASE CONFIRM 3RD PARTY BOOKS

The hotel room itself was nice and clean but when i first arrived i was told there were no rooms and that even though i booked it and called to give updates on my ETA i was told i booked thru a 3rd party and the rooms are never guaranteed, i booked a KING suite and received a double bed room because my room was given away, one of the beds was super loose and every time i sat down the whole top of the bed would flop up, there where absolutely no towels in the room and when i called to front office he stated he had some but that i had to come get them, the attendant himself was nice butr very slow at his job and it took about 30 minutes for me to get booked in and it was very late at night

I really enjoyed my stay nice room and very clean..The room was small but I only stayed for one night so that was understandable why I was offered that room ..I'll definitely stay here again if I'm traveling in the area !!

Disappointed

Room smelled of smoke had burns, lights didn't work, bathroom door handle fell off, and the bedding was subpar. Spend a little more and get a good clean room somewhere else.
