We have stayed here several times and it has always been wonderful each stay. Our last stay when we got in our room the air conditioner was making a noise. We called down to the front desk 5 minutes later someone was in our room and changed out the whole air conditioner unit and was so friendly about it. The staff is super friendly and always ready to give information and are very informative about the hotel or dining or shopping or other things around the hotel area. Everything is super clean they offer a good breakfast and the pool is amazing and clean! Thank all of you so much for making us feel at home when we stay

There’s seems to be shady things going on in and around this hotel. Also, I didn’t like that I couldn’t reinforce the lock on the door, like I have seen in most hotels, but even that wouldn’t have kept us safe from our neighbor in the adjacent room. We considered calling the police even.

Staff was amazing. The only down side was there was no A/C in the hallways or elevator and only one elevator worked. Room was clean and A/C in the room worked great.
