my over all experience is ok. the hotel was very convenient it's literally around the corner from you if you're in a rush. The night staff is not at all. I was the spa was open at the times they say but it was close.

Pros: good price for the suite I occupied
Cons: complete refurbishment, generally speaking, looks well used
Location: close to airport and has a shuttle
Staff were very unfriendly, place looks tired and needs a severe refurbishment. Good breakfast (changes daily), but no other food available (dinner)

Very close to RDU!

Posted Aug 13, 2015
Pros: The staff!!
Cons: The facility is showing its age and could do with new carpeting and decor. Lobby is currently being updated but they need to work on the corridors.
Location: Close to RDU. Restaurants and gas stations are less than a mile away.
We had an excellent, albeit quick, stay at the hotel. The shuttle service to the nearby airport is very much appreciated and the driver was friendly and very helpful.

Good value, close to airport and associated noise

Posted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: nice breakfast, clean, comfortable rooms
Cons: attitude of night clerk, those were my cookies...
Location: Isolated, nothing within walking distance, drive to nearby restaurants.
Grab your cookies early, the night clerk took the last three into the back room for himself.

A relaxing, peaceful weekend....

Posted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness of room and quiet surrounding. Close to shopping areas. Noon check-out time was reasonable although I had to leave at 7 AM.
Location: Close to airport and retail shopping centers not far away.
I must say that this was an excellent place to unwind. Wish I could have stayed more on the premises but had to continuously leave for my conference activities a few exits way. The room was so relaxing and I was on a quiet floor. Have stayed at this place several times and this time was not disappointing. The hotel staff was so warm and friendly. Every request was handled quickly and efficiently. Miss Princess was the ideal receptionist and her charming smile and attentiveness to detail was remarkable. Complimentary breakfast was very good. My only regret...did not have time to go to pool and spa as I had done on previous trips. Will certainly return in the near future to just chill out from the hustle and bustle of life.

A night in Raleigh

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Good breakfast and prompt replenishing of food/beverage. Wonderful pillows.
My husband said it was the best sausage on the breakfast bar he's ever had at a hotel. The pillows were so soft and made the night stay very comfortable. I was especially grateful for the late night pool hours. We didn't get in until 11 p.m and they were open until midnight which made it possible for me to get a swim in before going to bed. Wonderful after a long day of driving.

Great stay...very comfy beds

Posted Jul 4, 2015
Pros: Comfy beds
We stayed here one night while moving to the area. They had a large group of kids there probably visiting colleges. I almost left as I have been in hotels where the teenagers run up and down the halls all night while the chaperones sleep. I think the hotel front desk clerk saw my face. He was quick to tell me that the teens had a curfew of 9pm and that there was a chaperone/night security guard so no late night sheningans would occur. Boy was he right! Probably one of the most quietest nights I have ever had at a hotel. The staff is very sweet and the breakfast although your typical hotel fare was plentiful and hot...btw the coffee is also good too! I would definitely stay here again or have my guests stay here. Beds are comfy, has an in room microwave and frig/freezer combo.
