The only needed improvement I recommend is that the hotel needs to be more responsible for the planet: no recycling !! breakfast uses styrofoam plates !!! and plastic, plastic. Alternative hard paper plates and wooden utensils are commonly used alternatives.

Perfect solution for my needs. My only complaint is that parking at the hotel location, instead of at airport, seemed unnecessarily expensive.

Stayed here one night prior to an early flight. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Shuttle service was prompt and arrangements can be made with the front desk for pick-up/drop off. Very nice restaurant next door that we enjoyed for dinner. Can also order food for delivery if you want a less expensive option.

The guy I want to recognize is: “Adonis” he happens to be the General Manager…..I communicated with him to book a night’s stay at Country Inn& Suites in Morrisville,NC….This guy surprised me with an upgrade to my room that was a true Blessing!!! Staff was very polite, check in was smooth and quick, location is convenient and quiet with easy parking, rooms very clean, flooring in halls and elevator showing a lot of wear, good gym, breakfast selections were good but food quality was unimpressive.

Its close to the airport, very convenient for an early morning flight. Check-in was smooth. Found the bath not cleaned in the first allocated room.Reception gave another room, that too had a bathroom not properly cleaned! Reception then said unable to help she was on her own. Found that really unhelpful.

I really appreciated Reggie Thompson, front desk, for his excellent customer service being genuinely helpful and professional with all my questions and unexpected issues, from the time I booked my reservation to arrival and checkout! Also enjoyed Teresa, in the breakfast dining area, she was top notch with the presentation of the breakfast items, CLEAN!..and organized! It was a great stay because of "Reggie" and "Teresa". The room was clean and with pleasant view (4th floor facing parking lot but LOTS of trees! Nice transport to RDU with Asia driving...nice lady. Thank you for your wonderful employees mentioned! Oh, and housekeeping gal ("Venicia" was hardworking and friendly)! We sometimes forget to "tip" the great housekeepers! Thanks again Country Inn....

The morning shuttle driver went above and beyond to retrieve my bag when another couple took it (by mistake) at airport drop off. Great customer service!

I booked the property for the free airport shuttle and continental breakfast. The late check out time was a plus as well since I had an afternoon medical appointment in Chapel Hill. I was able to spend a leisurely morning in my room after arriving on a late flight the previous night. The room and property met all my needs.

Overall our room was decent. The bathroom was not very great, the door lock was broken. Additionally, someone on our floor appeared to be smoking marijuana which led to the hallway and our room smelling like this.

Clean place with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The elevator was not working on the day we arrived and the last at the front desk was polite and upfront about it to give us the option to cancel the reservation. When we decided to stay, she gave us a room on a lower floor. Breakfast is good but nothing exceptional.

The staff were all kind and professional. Check in and check out were completed within a minute or two. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was delicious. The lobby was clean. But the one thing that was the icing on the figurative cake of my stay was that in the morning when I went to board the hotel shuttle van, it was full, and the driver was trying desperately to fit me and my friend in, which I appreciated very much. When the hotel owner’s son, also an employee, saw the situation, he offered to drive us to the airport in his vehicle. Above and beyond their duty! Each employee! I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. And the staff deserve the praise! I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Raleigh area.
