Standard hotel experience with absolutely rock bottom prices! I stayed over a Duke Reunion weekend (though not participating in the reunion, myself) and they had an excellent facility and excellent availability during this time when just about everything in the area is booked. Would be nice if the breakfast area were back in operation post-COVID, but that would be icing on the cake. Very clean, excellent comfort, very very close to Southpoint. If you’ve rented a car, you can get anywhere in the triangle between 15 and 30 minutes. Great location!!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. They claim to be a non-smoking property but reeked of cigarettes and marijuana smoke. There was a musty mildew smell to the room which can probably be attributed to the water damage in the ceiling and along the bottom of the bathtub. The appliances were outdated and the phone in the room was completely inoperable in case of emergency. And there was a homeless encampment outside of my window which made me feel very unsafe. When I brought my concerns to the staff I wasn't offered to have my room changed or anything to rectify the situation but instead was told I was going to have to deal with it and there was nothing they could do. I would stay as far away as possible from this property and it’s predatory practices.

Not a good area. Parking lot, lobby and hallways all reeked of weed. Cops showed up for domestic dispute. NO BREAKFAST AT ALL. Just 3 coffee brewers. It wasn't bad once I got to my room but I wouldn't stay here again. There was a Hampton across the street that probably didn't smell like weed all through out. I get a little bit but for it to be strong from the front desk to outside my room is nasty.

The property was overall clean The parking lot itself was a little dirty here and there One single person working at the front desk very courteous very nice but what expedia didn't say on the app was there was a $100 deposit for the keys I turned the keys in when I left on Friday morning here it is Monday and I still don't have my $100 deposit it back in my account Don't like that part... Since they don't give you a point half value I give it a 3.9 overall and what I say there again absolutely... Well that really depends on how fast I get my deposit back day three I don't have it if it's day four more than likely not...

Our mattress smelled very strongly of urine. It was difficult to sleep with such a terrible smell in the sheets and mattress. The bathroom smelled of smoke. I’m expecting and this was unwelcome. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel—nice amenities. However, there was hair on the bottles and they were labeled with scribbled sharpie. It seems like it would not be a huge investment to properly label the bottles.
