When I checked in the 1st room was dirty and had roaches so they gave me a new room same thing then they gave me another room same plus the refrigerator didn't work. I had to wait in the cold a hour for the desk clerk to go around and look in rooms to assign me a 4th room and it was the same thing plus the stove didn't work. I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and bug spray in order for me and my family to stay in the room. After cleaning and spraying the entire room it had to be aired out for a hour in order to go back in the room. When I say clean I mean sweep, mop, clean the entire bathroom toilet and shower were dirty you could see it was sprayed but never wiped clean urine was at the bottom of the toilet dead and live roaches everywhere.

Rooms were bug invested with roaches!! Stained up filthy mattresses. Facility is entirely dirty from the lobby to the elevator , nothing good about this place besides the fact the it was right across from golden Coral! All the rooms are filthy. Code enforcement should shut this place down

This property was filled with roaches!!!! Upon walking in my room, there was roach spray on the floor. There was a roach walking on the bed. As I neared the bathroom, there were roaches in the shower and walking on the sink. The small kitchen had roaches walking out the cabinets. I stayed less than 5 minutes in the room and had to immediately leave. I was extremely disgusted and no hotel should ever have an issue like this.

Room was outdated and a couple of not so clean spots. Looked like burn marks on the bathroom counter and in the sheet. Few small roaches. Could not adjust the temperature; it was either hot, cold, or off. Phone did not work.

Roaches, some tvs don’t work, ac/heat some don’t work. I’ve stayed at this hotel for almost a month I’ve had to move rooms several times.

Room was filthy. One of the towels was very dirty and looked like it had been used and put back. Cockroaches of all sizes all over, tiny to very large. I discovered this after I found them crawling all over my food. I had to throw away $50 worth of food from DoorDash. The room did not look like it was cleaned after the last occupant. The fridge had something left behind that was rotten. I messaged the property management about this thru the app and they never replied back to me.

Nothing like pictures. Room was not clean. Had holes on walls where door hits Sheetrock. Not even cleaned up from floor. Ac not cold and filter filthy , and loud couldn't sleep. Bathroom toilet back busted with holes showing. Shower drain screen was on counter. Walls and cabinets was filthy not even attempted to be wiped down. Yellow stained walls where suppose to be a non smoking room.

The appliances weren't clean. When i complained to the office she said nothing but oh. Roaches was every where in the appliances,
bathroom n even crawled on us while we were sleeping. I will never stay here again. I couldn't wait to leave.

The receptionist was nice, but do not believe the no smoking rules at this place. As soon as you step into the elevator you smell weed. Also I can understand a couple bugs around the place, but it was as if cockroaches were renting out the bathrooms. If that was not enough the roaches sure will greet you when you open the REFRIGERATOR. I would not recommend this place even if THEY PAID YOU to spend the night. Decided to let the money go and sleep at Wingate Hotel about 2 miles away.
