Hotel room was clean and neat. The continental breakfast was essential for us to get a meal before check out. This hotel serves its purpose and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The price was cost effective as well.

The electronic safe was broken, there wasn’t enough soap, and the drawers had this sticky goo inside of them, and the floor hadn’t been mopped adequately. Also the towels were not changed, and I had to reuse towels

Upon entering the room, there was a very unpleasant smell. The tub was full of water, the water was dripping nonstop. The bed sheets were wrinkled up and had brown stuff on them, didn't look clean at all. We tried to get a refund shortly after we checked in and seen the condition of the room. The refund was denied, but we still checked out anyways. I would rather lose my money than to ever consider staying here again.
