Good for the price

Fairly clean, reasonbly prices and quiet. Breakfast was fairly slim pickings but I guess that's common for cheaper hotels.

Staff unresponsive

Recliner in room broken, unsafe and lever removed. Reportd to front desk clerk night of check in was told it would be replaced next day. Went to confirm with day clerk, Mark, he said they didn't have a replacement for it, I asked for any other kind of chair and he offered me a meeting room chair, I said OK then he said no and I was told we would have to move to rooms. He offered a 2 bed room vs King room we had, I said no since we would only be there 1 additional night. Then Mark said he rented our room every night and I was the first to complain. I asked that he go look at chair and he said we needed to take the other room. I have pictures of chair, only chair in room, it was unsafe and we did not use it for fear of damage to it or us. Feel clerk should have been more concerned about customer safety and protecting the company from potential law suit if we had been hurt while sitting in chair.

I was in the area to tour local colleges with my daughter and this Days Inn was a Great price for a very clean hotel room. I will definitely stay again. The free continental breakfast was perfect. And the coffee was great too.
