Our room was infested with ants

Overall, I'd say it was a pretty terrible experience. At check in, they had us in a room with one bed even though my Expedia confirmation stated a two bed room. While that did get straightened out, the receptionists acted like it was somehow my fault. After we got in to our room, my daughter went to take a shower and found several ants in the bathroom. For the time being, I decided to just let that go. However, the next morning when we woke up there were thousands of ants in the room. I complained at the desk and ended up having to tell them three times before they did anything. They did finally take care of ants, but the hotel has a gross musty smell which combined with the ants really made us feel uncomfortable the whole time. The hotel is also generally not convenient, for example, no coffee bar in the lobby, no mini fridge in room and no free breakfast of any kind. Overall it was one of the worst experiences I can remember.
