Clean and friendly

Friendly staff from the front desk throughout. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again for sure.

Nice hotel, central location.

Staff nice and accommodating. Can not comment on restaurant as did not use facility. No shuttle to airport but willing to call a cab. Cookies are lovely of course. Very clean rooms with coffee and safe, no micros.

Near NCSU

Cons: Add refrigerators. More selection of tea bags for hot tea.
Location: Very close drive to downtown. Walkable to Cameron Village (about a half mile). Next to NC State campus - perfect for parent visits.
Great location. Walking distance to NC State campus and several nice restaurants (within .5 miles). Very clean room, comfortable beds. Large group was also there but room was perfectly quiet except for car alarm one night. No refrigerator, and the staff forgot to leave extra coffee cups for the coffee maker one night. Older but nice. Restaurant was fine for breakfast, staff there was great.

Walking distance to several great resturants

Pros: Convienent as the conference was held in the hotel
Cons: Carpet in several places through was loose. Needed painted outside.
Location: Walking distance to nearby college, many resturants, things to do
Room next to hotel laundry,didn’t know they had rooms there! Roll in shower, didn’t need it, but used it. Water went all over the floor, had to mop up with clean towels. Great room for what I needed

Great Service

Check in took less than 2 minutes and they gave me a cookie! Check out was just as fast and they kept my bag all day while I was out. Room service was really good as well. I will definitely book with them again.

Nice location and staff but hotel is old.

Pros: Location and Staff
Cons: HVAC, doors and windows, cleanliness of common areas and rooms.
Location: Right next to NCSU.
Nice location and Staff but the hotel is old and so are the doors and windows and HVAC, the Elevator was dirty and the windows in my room had a lot of fingerprints on it. Not ok for $170 per night.

Okay in a pinch

Pros: The cookies and balcony.
Cons: Better description of what to expect from Expedia.
Location: Trophy Brewing and Pizza and Pullen park are great highlights of the community.
My main complaint with this hotel is that I made the reservation through Expedia. The "negotiated" room was an accessible room on the main floor. We felt like we were parking in the wrong parking space for the stay. I hope someone in need did not miss out on an appropriate room.
