Great, beautiful hotel

I had a great stay but I woke up and the keurig in my room didn't work and I always start my day with a cup of coffee so that was a huge disappointment for me. Otherwise everything is very nice and very pleased with my stay. But fix the Keurig in room 913

Nicely decorated and newly renovated . Great breakfast, omelets, pancakes, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit!!! Pool and workout room are top niche. Would recommend all to stay.

Great hotel across from a great mall

Pros: The location is excellent. Crabtree Mall is across the street with wonderful shopping and dining choices.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Shopping and dining at the mall across the street. NC State University is nearby as well as the State Fair Grounds with its great flea market
I have stayed here many times in the past and was pleasantly surprised when I checked in and found the property had been remodeled recently. The lobby area as well as the common areas were bright and sleek with modern touches everywhere. The complimentary breakfast is always wonderful with cooked to order options available as well as a very nicely stocked hot and cold buffet. The front desk staff are exceptional and their sunny dispositions rub off on everyone.

weekend away

Awesome. My wife and I have stayed here several times. They have completed the renovations and the place looked great. The bartender, Sierra, took great care of us on Friday night. The food we ordered was great. We will be back.

Brown water, thermostat didn't work

We had a large suite. The water was brown in the bedroom sink and the maid told us to let the water run until it cleared up. Thermostat was broken. We tried to get the room comfortable but it stayed got the whole time. We put the thermostat on 66 hoping it would eventually cool but it was probably 74 and stuffy the whole time. Slept uncomfortably due to the moist warm air in the room all night

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. There were hair on and around the toilet, cleaning residue was remaining after bathroom was cleaned. Extra blanket for pull out sofa had some dry/crumbly orange like stuff on it when removed from comforter bag. Outside of that the room was very comfortable.

Love this hotel in the best location!

We stopped here to sleep for a few hours before catching an early morning flight. Bed was comfy and clean. Only surprised by $75 fee for the dog we had with us. That was not mentioned at check in or when reservation was made. We understand the room needs to be cleaned but wish we had known in advance. We were only in the room 3 1/2 hours.
